Ah the amazing cellular cleansing with music ❤️

Day 10 since our first full-on COVID encounter. We’ve been sleeping 10-12hrs/night. Plus daytime naps. In bed. In the pool. On the couch. And taking Vitamins A, C, D3 + Monolaurin. Not drinking alcohol the hardest part of boosting our immune systems 😩. But worth it 😌

Life is slow. And we are grateful!
